Red$paghetti is a lifestyle. It is about being able to speak your mind and turn your back without worry. Red$paghetti is about carrying on family traditions, having honor and showing respect. We believe in our friends, our family and our community. Red$paghetti is dedicated to serving the "Working Class" with great pride and integrity. We appreciate the fact that it takes hard work and endless effort to make an honest living. Every day we do our best to carry on the tradition, honor and respect of our family and friends.

Inside the Red$paghetti building you’ll find West County’s premier state-of-the-art Tattoo Studio. Ernie specializes in traditional American tattooing, custom designs and cover-ups, while Red tattoos permanent make-up including eyeliner, eyebrows and lips. Body Piercing is another service available at Red$paghetti. All employees of Red$paghetti have dedicated their time and energy to understanding the tattoo industry. We have all spent countless hours at the tattoo studio and we operate like a family.

A few doors down, Red’s Full Throttle Coffee house is open 6 days a week. Make a pit stop at Full Throttle for the fastest coffee on the River. The espresso drinks are expertly crafted by friendly baristas and the house coffee is brewed while you wait. Red’s Full Throttle is loaded with pastries, candy and treats to satisfy your cravings. Stop by to check out the décor – you’ve never seen anything like it. Want a free cup of house coffee? All you have to do is bring your old license plate or recycled road sign to Red’s Full Throttle Coffee.

All in all, Red$paghetti is an establishment that promotes good ethics and hard work, while maintaining a creative space. For many in the area it is a refuge, a safe place no matter what. We are proud to be part of the Forestville Community and strongly believe that one way we can give back is by holding people accountable for their actions. It all comes back to Tradition, Honor, Respect, period!!

Ernie "$paghetti" Buletti

Ernie has been involved with the tattooing industry for over 20 years. He served a formal apprenticeship before becoming a professional tattooist. He enjoys working with all styles of tattooing. Spaghetti works primarily by appointment Monday thru Saturday. Unless you’re hot and polite then he'll do a walk-in. Being hot just isn’t enough.

Ernie is a member of the National Tattoo Association and the Living Art Association. He is also a member of the Forestville Chamber of Commerce and participates in community events as much as possible. Ernie tries to live by his family’s tradition, his honor and by respecting the ones that deserve it. Respect is not about fear.

Ernie extends an open invitation to anyone who wants to express their ideas. The ones who rose up against him, who are filled with negativity, don’t bother. Keep your personal shit out of it. Grow up and move on! Red and I work very hard – take the time to stop and look around. You’ll see the difference. These words Tradition, Honor and Respect work when applied to daily living.
